Sonderwell provides home care services for children and adults. Services include complex care and social care. Services are delivered either as live-in care or visiting care.

The complex care services are delivered by nurses and support / care professionals. As their website says, “complex care includes medical interventions for severe health requirements including learning disabilities, mental health support or chronic and long-term physical disabilities.”

Support for complex care includes mobility, personal care, and therapeutic support. Nurses, care assistants and support workers provide complex care for mental health, dementia, learning disabilities, brain injury and spinal injury. Sonderwell ensures care plans are tailored to the individual.

Sonderwell provides trained care professionals who will live in the home of the client or visit them. They will support them with their personal and care needs so that they can live as independently as possible. Care includes daily personal care, support with domestic activities (laundry, cooking etc) as well as providing company and companionship. These home care services include urgent care, short term care, care for couples and overnight care.
