Dementia care services

At Signature Senior Lifestyle, we are committed to providing the unique and skilled care that those living with memory loss require. All our dementia care homes across London and the home counties are specially designed to optimise each resident's health. We offer exceptional care and support delivered by our specialist dementia care team in a dementia-friendly environment.

Residential care services

Residential Care at Signature is suitable for people who require help with day-to-day activities such as washing, dressing, and eating and for those who need more specialised care. We support residents’ lifestyles with a range of facilities and an engaging activities program in luxurious surroundings. This is combined with a personal care plan to meet individual needs. We offer a varied calendar of activities for all mobility levels, including trips out, visiting entertainers, light exercise classes, and arts and crafts. We support residents' personalised care plans and offer them an engaging and stimulating lifestyle.

Respite care services

Respite care and convalescent care are short-term care designed to help people recover from an operation or illness with the support of our care team. We offer respite care and convalescent care in all of our care homes in London and the Home Counties.

Assisted living

A varied calendar of activities for all mobility levels is offered, including trips out, visiting entertainers, light exercise classes and arts & crafts activities. We offer residents an engaging and stimulating lifestyle with the support of a personalised care plan.

Job role
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be responsible for running a defined area of the home, with the authority and accountability to make care decisions. You’ll coordinate the day-to-day running of your care area, provide personal care to residents, provide leadership and guidance to the care team, manage monthly routine medication, supervise the care team when delivering it, and respond to all emergencies. You’ll be a named nurse for individual residents and focus on their needs assessments and personal care plans. You'll review these bi-monthly in accordance with Signature policy, develop a strong relationship with each resident to involve them in any decisions about their care, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

Pay guide
A Regional care and clinical training partner for Signature Senior Lifestyle in Barnet in July 2024 will be paid £50,000 - £60,000 per year.

Job role
As the Regional Care and Clinical Training Partner, you will spearhead all clinical training initiatives within our homes, including the delivery and coordination of training. This role involves supporting and enhancing the skills of care managers to identify training needs within their teams and develop associated action plans. You will develop and implement all training initiatives specific to care and clinical teams. Ensure all new care and clinical staff receive comprehensive induction and continuous training and meet all mandatory and legislative requirements.

Job role
As a Care Supervisor, you’ll support and guide a small team of care assistants, organise the team, and lead by example. You’ll help them develop through regular supervision, one-on-ones, and annual performance reviews.

You’ll also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing residents' care plans, ensuring they are adhered to by all team members. You’ll ensure residents’ daily progress is recorded and reported accurately. You’ll also be performing care assistant duties with residents as required.

You will keep a cool head and take the lead when team members or residents need help, such as in the event of an emergency.

A care assistant for Signature Senior Lifestyle in Weybridge in July 2024 will be paid £12.50 - £13.50 per hour. A bank care assistant in Banstead will be paid £12.50 to £13.50 per hour.

Job role
Your days as a Care Assistant will be varied, exciting and rewarding, from general care to specialist dementia care. You’ll assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking and getting around. You’ll help them make their apartments feel like home. You’ll enjoy their favourite activities with them, like bingo, shopping and live music. You’ll develop strong relationships with the individuals you work with and their families.

You’ll always respect residents’ choices, dignity, and independence. You’ll also be integral to developing residents' care plans, which includes being aware of any specialist support needs.
