Prestige Nursing & Care services

Our regulated and managed home care services are provided as hourly care. We offer 24-hour care so that individuals can live an independent life. Our nurse colleagues provide condition-led home care services so that people are able to stay in the comfort of their own home.

We work in partnership with local authorities, the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and clinical commissioning teams. This helps us create expert, nurse-led care for complex care packages, ensuring clients receive the very best quality care at home.

Hourly care
Sometimes call visiting care, hourly care is provided to people in their own homes when additional support is needed with daily life. Carers will take care of household tasks, personal care, meals and any other activities to help support independence. You will be working with people with a range of conditions, for instance those living with complex needs like dementia or Parkinson’s to people recovering from illness, stroke or hospital treatment.

24-hour care
Small teams of carers work in rotation to provide people with continuous support. You will be working with people living with complex needs who require nurse-led care, or those living with conditions that impacts their ability to live well.

Respite care at home
You will provide temporary care and support to someone in their own home. This allows the primary or family carer to take a break and enjoy some rest.

Nurse-led care
Our nurse-led service provides care for people of all ages, from babies who require paediatric care at home, to children with a learning disability through to adolescents who have had a life-changing accident to adults and older people living with neurological conditions or other physical disabilities. Our care is aimed to facilitate independence, social interaction and emotional well-being whilst supporting people to fulfil their potential and live a purposeful and meaningful life.

Paediatric care
We work with clients, their families, commissioning groups and case managers to provide compassionate paediatric care for children in their own home. Our paediatric care provision covers children in all stages of their development - from babies to adolescents and supporting their transition into adulthood. Our registered nurses guide and oversee the clinical care working with a trained carer.

Adult complex care
Our teams are expertly equipped to provide support for adults living with chronic health issues, a long-term life limiting illness, disability, mental health condition or acquired brain injury.

Palliative care
We are able to ensure a person with a life-limiting illness that they are likely to pass away from can have a good quality of life and remain independent and as active as possible in the time they have left.

Prestige Nurse jobs

Our nurse-led home care service is monitored and supported by our experienced, regional nursing teams. You will be qualified and registered with the NMC.

We welcome general adult nurses, mental health nurses, learning disability nurses and children’s nurses into our teams.

As a registered nurse with Prestige Nursing & Care you’ll enable the planning and delivery of safe and effective care to our clients.

Our nurses work in partnership with our care coordinators, clinicians, respite home carers, clients and families to identify specific care needs and plan the most appropriate care provision.

Our nurses help to ensure our carers have the skills they need to deliver high standards of nurse-led care.

You will also provide families with ongoing advice and continual support so that they are reassured about the service we provide.

Our nurses provide expert nurse-led interventions in the specialist areas, allowing people to live well at home. For example:

● Respiratory and airway support

● Tracheostomy management

Prestige Care Assistant jobs

Carers at Prestige Nursing & Care are experienced and expertly trained to provide the support our service users expect. For those working in complex care you will have at least 6 months care or health sector experience.

We will provide induction training which goes beyond mandatory requirements, and you’ll be trained by our own registered nurses, clinicians and other healthcare professionals.

This will give you the skills you need to undertake a range of clinical interventions. You can expect to receive unrivalled supervision and clinical oversight to help you evolve the care you will provide.

Our care teams are experts in specialist care of conditions including:

● Neurological conditions like dementia, Parkinson’s or motor neurone disease
