Rachel returned to nursing 10 years ago after a career break, joining us as a registered nurse before being promoted to clinical lead and then deputy manager. Our clinical lead, Michelle, head our up clinical team of registered nurses and healthcare assistants. Our nursing team have a range of qualifications: we have jobs for RGNs, RMNs and RNLDs. Our healthcare assistants are also highly experience and are qualified in their fields.
