“I’ve worked in care since 2007. I started out as a care assistant and worked my way up the ladder. I joined the Care UK team at Mills Meadow in 2015 because it has a good reputation for delivering great care and for supporting its people. Mills Meadow is a lovely care home to work in. The team is friendly and supportive, and there’s a warm atmosphere here that everyone comments on. The icing on the cake for everyone was gaining our ‘outstanding’ CQC rating.
