Mental Health Services Multidisciplinary Team

We care for those who are facing the hardest challenges and need the greatest level of support with their mental health, in a secure and safe environment. Our specialist multidisciplinary care team includes mental health nurses and care assistants working in a wider team that includes doctors, therapists and psychologists to achieve our primary aim of helping the people we support improve to a point where they no longer need to stay with us, allowing them to return home.

We also operate specialist and tailored residential services to offer rehabilitation and supported living to adults with a diagnosed mental health condition. While most of our facilities are all-gender we do have one specialist service just for vulnerable females with complex mental health conditions.

Our mental health nurses and care assistants are supported by the matron and/or ward manager. Our head of nursing ensures teams are organised and that excellent care is delivered throughout.

Learning Disabilities Support and Care Staff

We want everyone we support to feel as if they are being supported by a family member and to feel at home with us. Our teams help design care plans with the people we support and their family members so that they are involved in choosing the life they would like to live.

Support workers provide day-to-day care and activities with input and support from our MDT team including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech & language therapists. Building confidence through the learning new skills and encouraging trying out new hobbies and activities.

Residential Care Staff

Our industry-leading residential care services provide a warm, nurturing, and welcoming environment, based in the heart of local communities throughout the UK. Supporting people with complex care needs, such as acquired brain or spinal cord injuries, as well as progressive neurological conditions, learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviours.

With a multidisciplinary team that helps to create activity programmes and provide the best support for each individual including money management, travel training, food preparation and other support to build independence and confidence. These teams may include therapists, nurses, support workers and other healthcare specialists.

Respiratory Care Team

This team of specialist respiratory nurses, physiotherapists, consultants and occupational therapists provides long-term respiratory support, both non-invasive ventilation and invasive ventilation, and support in ‘weaning’ patients from invasive mechanical ventilation. You will be joining a multidisciplinary team who love what they do and are driven to providing exceptional care.

“I am incredibly proud to be leading a remarkable team and providing a service to support people with long-term conditions. Our patients' journeys can be long and challenging, and being a part of the journey to make their lives better is such a privilege.”
Michelle - Managing Director
