At Velox we felt there was a gap to provide quality, bespoke care in crisis situations. These times in a child’s life are difficult enough without facing rejection due to their escalated behaviours and dysregulation with multiple placements moves. We offer support staff who are experienced in managing complex, crisis care where young people feel out of control and are ready to best support the young person to find a place of calm within the chaos they are feeling.

We offer support to support the young person to understand why they feel like they do and what steps can be taken to support them in moving forward positively. Within this we create a structure with routines and boundaries to offer stability, which is often welcomed by the young person as it gives them a sense of normality and structure to their day to day lives. This in turn helps the young person to feel more in control of their lives and ready for their next steps in their lives.
