Spire Manchester are now recruiting an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join their warm and friendly team on a bank basis

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in scrubbing for Consultant led Cardiac surgeries that vary in complexity

• You will assess patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.

• Develop care plans that are appropriate to the patient, taking into consideration the care pathway, perioperative risks and their well-being.

Who we're looking for:

• You will be a HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner or an NMC registered Nurse

• Cardiac Scrub experience is essential

• Excellent communication and organisational skills are key to continue our high standards of patient care.

• Able to work across a multi-Disciplinary team
