Job Description
Specialist Paediatric Nurse
Location: South-East London
Employment: Permanent (Full-time & Part-time options available)
Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 per year (additional London weighting up to 20% of salary) + Fantastic shift enhancements and benefits package

We are seeking a Specialist Paediatric Nurse to support patients in the community, working alongside designated hospitals and health centres in the South-East London area (Croydon and Bromley).
Your Role:
In this role, you will be instrumental in educating and supporting patients through their treatment journey, ensuring services are delivered with a patient-centric and customer-focused approach.
- Conduct clinical assessments tailored to individual patient needs
- Deliver education and training to enable patients and carers, to safely self-medicate relevant treatments and medications
- Provide ongoing support through comprehensive patient programmes (telephone, clinic-based, and home visits)
- Assess home environments to ensure suitability for treatment, prioritising patient safety and security
