What We're Looking For:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proven leadership experience within CAMHS or a similar mental health setting
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and risk management
  • Exceptional communication, people-management, and decision-making skills
