Job Description
Bank Physiotherapy Administrator | Administration | Private Healthcare | Horley, West Sussex | Bank Ad-hoc shifts
Spire Gatwick Park is currently looking to recruit for an Administrator on a bank/occasional basis to work in the Physiotherapy department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and have a great impact.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcoming, registering, and booking appointments, including the accurate collection of credit card details and patient information
- Booking outpatient insured appointments
- Booking follow up appointments
- Administration tasks within the booking team
- Management online bookings
- Clinic preparation /cancelling and building clinics
- Call handling
- Checking patients in on the reception desk
- Being the point of contact for consultants during their clinics
Who we're looking for
- A personable individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- High degree of accuracy in administration
- Great communication skills at all levels
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Experience with information management systems
Contract: Bank 0 hours contract
Hours: Shifts will vary between 8am, 10am or 12pm start working a 6 hour shift. Ideally looking something can work Monday AM, Wednesday PM, potentially Thursday, Friday all day
