We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team at our reputable mental health facility near Ramsdale Park Golf Centre. What you will do:

* Deliver a high standard of care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.

* Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement.

* Adhere to codes of conduct standards and legislation while promoting ethical practice and respecting others' rights.

* Contribute to patient assessments develop care plans with individuals and monitor their progress.

* At senior levels lead shifts mentor and provide support to student nurses and team members.

To be successful as an RMN, you'll need:

* A relevant nursing qualification and registration

* Excellent team working skills, a high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach - our units operate 24 hours 7 days a week, and our nursing staff work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights.

* A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice
