Here lies a thrilling opportunity for a Senior Social Worker to join the Adults Safeguarding Team in Manchester. This fulfilling role offers an attractive hourly rate of £32, with a balanced full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9.45am and 4.30pm. This ongoing role will see you play a key part in supporting the delivery of adult safeguarding practice within the social care workforce.

What you will do:

* Attend MAPPA meetings, contributing to the multi-agency coordination to protect vulnerable adults.

* Handle PIPOT referrals efficiently, ensuring compliance with all safeguarding processes and standards.

* Provide safeguarding advice and support to various teams to ensure high-quality care practices are upheld.

* Support Team Managers and the Service Manager when required, assisting in strategic planning and operations.

* Participate actively in strategy meetings, offering insights and expertise to guide decision-making.

* Facilitate the embedding of good practice and enhanced knowledge of safeguarding across frontline staff and teams.
