Band 6 Occupational Therapist - Community Team in Welwyn Garden City, earning £26 per hour, Hourly. The role starts ASAP and is ongoing. What you will do:

* Conduct assessments of patients within 72 hours after their discharge from hospital admissions.

* Coordinate with various agencies and provide necessary equipment from your car to aid patient recovery.

* Be punctual with your attendance, starting at base by 8am and concluding your duties by 4pm at base or leaving the patient's property.

* Efficiently complete patient notes on a laptop, ideally during patient interaction for accuracy and efficiency.

* Possibly work during the weekends, providing you with opportunities to earn even more.

Requirements:

* HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant community or hospital discharge setting.

* Car driver with access to own vehicle - preferred for this role due to travel requirements.

* Proficiency using SystmOne electronic records system.
