Job Description
Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care
Location: Full-time, Southport
Salary: £38,000-£40,000 (DOE)

?? The Role
As a Registered Manager, you'll be at the heart of the service, ensuring CQC compliance, driving team performance, and expanding service delivery. You'll be working with an award-winning, diverse team and will have access to top-tier tools and a supportive network.
? You'll Need:
2+ years in a management/supervisory role in health and social care
Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service
Leadership and team-building skills
Strong knowledge of CQC standards & care regulations
Ideally, you're already a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
??? Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with CQC and exceed care quality standards
Manage staff, scheduling, and care coordination
Build partnerships with commissioners, families, and other stakeholders
Drive service development and team excellence
Participate in on-call duties when needed
