What you will do:

* Provide assessment and support to foster carers and supported lodging hosts.

* Manage a full caseload of up to 17 carers, ensuring monthly visits and ongoing support.

* Build strong relationships with carers and hosts, enhancing communication and written skills within the foster care system.

* Conduct location visits throughout Southwark and potentially to Kent or Essex, ensuring comprehensive support is provided.

* Collaborate with a responsive and available team to deliver high-quality service and solutions.
