Your Role as Deputy Care Manager:
  • Support the Care Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Supervise and mentor a team of dedicated Support Workers
  • Help deliver person-centred care and promote independence
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding
  • Act as a role model for best practice and positive behaviour support
  • Step up in the absence of the Care Manager
What You'll Need:
  • Experience working in complex care (Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health)
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or willing to work towards)
  • Experience supporting teams and a desire to develop into a future Care Manager
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
  • A commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
