- Supervise and mentor a team of dedicated Support Workers
- Help deliver person-centred care and promote independence
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding
- Act as a role model for best practice and positive behaviour support
- Step up in the absence of the Care Manager
- Experience working in complex care (Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health)
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or willing to work towards)
- Experience supporting teams and a desire to develop into a future Care Manager
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- A commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
