* Comprehensive Assessments & Treatment Plans: Conduct detailed assessments and develop personalised treatment plans based on each patient's needs.

* Acute Respiratory Care: Utilise your expertise in managing non-invasive ventilation, tracheostomy care, and laryngectomy cases, delivering high-quality acute rehabilitation.

* Discharge Planning: Implement advanced discharge planning techniques to ensure patient safety and continuity of care post-discharge.

* Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and treatment outcomes.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.

Requirements:

* HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

* A valid driving licence is desirable to support flexibility across various locations.
