What you will do:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients within the surgery department to develop tailored treatment plans.

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

* Facilitate and encourage early mobilisation and rehabilitation post-surgery.

* Provide education and support to patients and their families to continue their recovery at home.

* Maintain and update all necessary documentation and records in line with HCPC standards.

As a qualified HCPC registered professional, you're required to be a car driver for this role, enabling you to manage your time efficiently and reach patients whenever required.
