What you will do:

- Lead and develop a skilled team of SET practitioners, ensuring they are empowered, supported, and delivering outstanding interventions.

- Shape and promote the SET service across the council and with key stakeholders, positioning it as a leading model for tackling exploitation.

- Implement and embed the Family Help Model, ensuring young people and families receive tailored, holistic support.

- Monitor emerging risks and trends in exploitation across Redbridge, ensuring proactive measures to protect young people.

- Oversee complex case management, including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Court work, supporting young people at the edge of care.

- Collaborate with specialist agencies, police, education, and health services to develop robust, preventative strategies for safeguarding.

- Promote and embed the team's TEDDS approach - Trust, Engage, Deter, Divert, and achieve success.
