What you will do:

* Perform duty and Community Mental Health Team assessments

* Manage a caseload focusing on short-term interventions such as medication monitoring

* Provide expert assessments and interventions to improve service user outcomes

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedures, safeguarding, and compliance within mental health services

Requirements:

* Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant mental health specialism

* Car driver preferable for easy access to multiple sites across Accrington
