Occupational Therapist - Adult Social Care in Southwar k. Join us as a Band OT and make a meaningful impact while earning £29 hourly. What you will do:
* Conduct home visits to assess the occupational therapy needs of individuals with disabilities, using best practice assessment and intervention tools.
* Ensure individuals and their families or carers are central to decision-making processes, maximising choice and control in support arrangements.
* Promote independence and social inclusion through access to employment, training, rehabilitation, and community opportunities.
* Collaborate with local and community groups to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
* HCPC registration is essential.
* A minimum of 2 years experience in occupational therapy is required.
* A driving licence is preferable for this role.
