What You'll Do:

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you'll provide essential clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered every day. You'll act as a positive role model, lead by example, and support the team in delivering personalised, high-quality care that truly makes a difference.

* Provide daily clinical leadership, ensuring exceptional care and adherence to best practice guidelines

* Oversee service user assessments, admissions, and discharge planning in collaboration with their care team

* Foster a learning and reflective culture, empowering staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

* Lead recruitment, retention, and induction of staff, mentoring newly qualified staff and students

* Promote effective communication with service users, families, and interdisciplinary teams

* Ensure safeguarding policies are upheld, managing risk assessments and care plans to protect all service users

* Advocate for service users, ensuring their voices are heard and their choices are respected

Requirements:

* Registered RGN, RMN, or RNLD, with NMC pin

* Passionate about supporting individuals living with acquired brain injuries

* Committed to delivering high-quality, personalised care

* Enjoy leading teams and acting as positive role models, supporting the development of nursing teams

* Thrive in interdisciplinary environments where everyone's contribution matters
