What you will do:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' occupational therapy needs within the mental health spectrum.

* Develop, implement, and evaluate therapeutic interventions alongside a multidisciplinary team.

* Provide tailored support to patients, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

* Liaise with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support for the patients.

* Document and maintain accurate records of patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to address changing needs.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Occupational Therapist within a mental health setting.

* HCPC registration essential.

* NHS experience preferred but not mandatory.

* Being a car driver is advantageous for this role but not essential.
