Band 6 Diabetes Podiatrist in Ilford, UK - £27 Hourly . Ongoing position. Are you ready to step into an exciting new role where your skills and knowledge can make a real difference? We have an amazing opportunity for a Band 6 Podiatrist specialising in diabetes care, working with a busy and diverse high-risk caseload. This position offers flexible working hours with options for part-time or full-time schedules, typically 33.75 hours per week , Monday through Friday.

What you will do:
- Perform podiatric clinical interventions for a high-risk caseload focusing largely on diabetic patients with various complications and co-morbidities.
- Arrange follow-up reviews to ensure patient care is continuous and effective.
- Coordinate care with GPs and other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive treatment plan.
- Utilise your sound postgraduate podiatry knowledge and clinical skills to deliver exceptional care.
- Work autonomously as well as part of a wider team, bringing in your good team-working and communication skills.
- Manage and support the administration of domiciliary cases, for which a car driver is preferred.
To succeed in this role, you must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and be a capable car driver, allowing you the flexibility to travel if needed.
