Job Description
Deputy Manager - Care Home
Location: Edwinstowe
Salary: 16.77 per hour + 10% quarterly bonus
Our client, a reputable Nursing/Care Home based in Edwinstowe, is seeking a Deputy Manager to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-regarded, 49-bed home that has earned a Good CQC rating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the care home
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to residents
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support the development of the care team, ensuring training and mentorship
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the home
- 16.77 per hour, with a 10% quarterly bonus
- A supportive and friendly working environment

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a nursing or care home setting
