Job Description

Clinical Lead (Nursing Home) - Woodbridge
Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk
Salary: Up to 52,000 per year (Equivalent to 25 per hour based on a 40-hour week)
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable nursing home based in Woodbridge, for a Clinical Lead to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in a compassionate and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the clinical care team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to residents.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor care plans to meet the needs of individual residents.
  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff and care assistants.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
  • Administer and oversee medication and treatments as per the care plans.
  • Support with audits, risk assessments, and ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with an active NMC pin.
  • Previous experience in a clinical leadership role within a care home or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
