Unit Manager - Nursing Home
Location: Norfolk, UK
Salary: Up to 50,000 per annum
NMC Pin required
Are you a dedicated and experienced Nurse looking for a new opportunity to manage a team in a compassionate and rewarding environment? We are looking for an exceptional Unit Manager to join a well-established nursing home in Norfolk, where your expertise will have a direct impact on the care and wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursing team within your designated unit.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of care plans.
  • Ensure high standards of care are delivered, meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and support the team to ensure clinical and professional development.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and review patient care and report any issues or concerns.
  • Manage staffing levels, ensuring the right mix of skills and competencies.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and caring environment for both staff and residents.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with active NMC pin.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or senior clinical role within a care home or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively, with a hands-on approach.
  • A passion for elderly care and improving quality of life.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards and guidelines.
