What you will do:

* Assess the needs, plan, and deliver comprehensive care from assessment to discharge from services.

* Develop and implement care plans collaboratively, empowering service users, carers, and other professionals with individualised care.

* Support service users on their recovery journey by providing community-based mental health support.

* Advocate for individuals using the services, ensuring their voices are heard.

* Provide supervision and guidance for non-qualified staff, enhancing team cohesion.

* Possess a basic understanding of the Mental Health Act to support therapeutic interventions.

* Engage closely with external partners such as community services, social services, and healthcare agencies.

* Offer therapeutic interventions and signposting as required.
