What you will do:

* Provide robust supervision and support to connected person foster carers ensuring best practices and outcomes for children in care.

* Conduct thorough assessments and offer guidance on fostering processes with a focus on family and friend or kinship carers.

* Engage effectively with children their families and foster carers to promote a supportive and nurturing environment.

* Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care and support systems are in place.

* Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts to maintain the GOOD Ofsted status of Birmingham Children's Trust.
