What you will do:

* Serve as an integral part of the SCAS team to support Staffordshire's vulnerable children and families

* Engage in early help, safeguarding, and support for children in care, care leavers, fostering services, and children with disabilities

* Manage and assess referrals, ensuring a thorough understanding of service thresholds and intervention requirements

* Employ strong ICT skills to use electronic social care and other children's information systems effectively

* Work flexibly to meet the demands of the service, providing timely and appropriate responses to referrals
