What you will do:

- Support adults with learning disabilities by applying the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act to empower and promote development of independence

- Manage a diverse workload involving both short-term and long-term cases, working closely with other agencies

- Undertake duty work, handling referrals and urgent matters efficiently

- Work with a range of adults and their carers, including those with complex health needs

- Engage in safeguarding initiatives and risk management practices, ensuring the well-being of every individual

- Participate in cases under the active oversight of the Court of Protection, using your expertise to inform proceedings

- Spend at least two days a week working in-person from our office base in Leeds, collaborating closely with team members for guidance and support
