What you will do:
* Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary clinical team to support educational and residential colleagues in creating therapeutic living and learning environments.
* Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualized interventions for young people.
* Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.
* Foster a clinically informed environment, ensuring each child's needs are met.
* Celebrate the small victories that contribute to real change in our young people's lives.
Who we're looking for:
* A qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
* A specialist with proven skills in assessing and delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs.
* Experienced in supporting teams to provide clinically informed environments.
* A confident, effective model, guide, leader, and trainer.
* Highly organised and proactive, committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
