Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum

• Leading and motivating a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and education

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safeguarding procedures

• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider community

• Overseeing planning and assessment in line with the EYFS framework

• Deputising in the absence of the Nursery Manager

• Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education

• Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery setting

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices

• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

• A passion for providing high-quality childcare and fostering child development
