What you will do:

* Lead and influence a team by supporting less experienced social workers, sharing your knowledge and expertise

* Manage a complex caseload with cases that include court work, children in need, and guiding families through the adoption process or final orders

* Engage directly with children, families, and professionals from initial support needs through to court proceedings

* Collaborate closely with Barnsley Children's Social Care (CSC) to provide impactful, high-quality service

* Ensure best practice decisions in all aspects of social work are upheld, delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families
