  • Team Leader Support Worker Opportunity - £18.50-£19.50

    Location: Plymouth
    Shift Pattern: Day Shift 2x 9am-9pm plus 12 hours shift as a Team Leader.

    Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone's life? We're looking for a dedicated Team Leader Support Worker to assist one of our client in Plymouth. You'll play an important role in helping him with day-to-day activities, building his independence, offering companionship, and driving him to his appointments. Our client enjoys going to the gym and playing football.

    What You'll Be Doing:
    • Supporting our client in the community
    • Ensuring our client feels safe at home
    • Assisting our client to live as independently
    • Working closely with the team and Case manager
    • Building a strong relationship with our client
    • Ensuring smooth running of the package
    • Completing rotas
    • Mileage forms
    • Attending Multidisciplinary Team meetings
    What We're Looking For:
    • Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries
    • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
    • Previous leadership experience in care settings
    • A commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
