A Good CQC rated GP Surgery in Milton Keynes (MK8 postcode) is looking to hire a Clinical Pharmacist to join their team on a permanent basis. The practice is open to either full-time or part-time hours but would prefer the former. The practice is looking for someone who possesses Primary Care/General Practice experience as day to day duties include: Prescribing Medication, Medication Advice, Repeat Prescriptions, Pharmaceutical Queries, Medicine Optimisation, High Risk Drug Management Audits and more. There is a possibility that the successful candidate will be working across 3 sites, all within close proximity.

The Successful Candidate:

Will be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Will have completed the CPPE General Practice Pharmacist Pathway
Will be a Non-Medical Prescriber
Will have experience working within Primary Care
Will have a passion for continuing Professional Development

The Practice utilises System One and is open Monday to Friday from 8am - 6.30pm. The team comprises Salaried GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, HCAs and more.
