Practice Nurse

Full Time Hours and Competitive Salary - Grantham Lincolnshire.

We have an exciting new permanent opportunity available for a Practice Nurse locally to Grantham, with an interest in Wound Care and Dressings. The role is needed on a fixed-term contract for 12 months initially, with the potential to be extended beyond then.

A friendly and supportive team in Grantham require a Practice Nurse who can confidently run Wound Care clinics to include Complex Dressings. You will welcomed as part of an established team, whilst also being self-motivated to take the lead with the wound care requirements of the group. The centres have good transport links, and are based outside of the town centre with parking available on-site.

The role is to work for a collection of centres in the area, with shifts based out of one or more site; all of the sites have good CQC ratings.

To apply for this position, you must be a qualified Practice Nurse with confidence performing the below skills:

• Dressings and Wound Care
• Complex Dressings
• Compression Bandaging
• Suture Removal
• Dopplers
• Core Practice Nurse skills, including Immunisations & Cytology may also be required
