What you will do:

* Manage a varied caseload of Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC), ensuring timely and effective interventions

* Undertake court work responsibilities within your caseload of approximately 18

* Engage with children and families face-to-face, adhering to safety measures as required

* Collaborate with team members in the office three days per week to support decision-making and case management

* Utilize evidence-based practices to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate cases
