Join us on an exciting journey as a Physiotherapist - Band 6 in the lively town of Reading, UK, where you will earn a rewarding £26 hourly on an ongoing basis. Full-time positions are available, and part-time work will also be considered to suit your schedule. If you are HCPC Registered with relevant physiotherapy qualifications and at least two years' experience, this opportunity could be your next great career move.

What you will do:
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and create tailored treatment plans.
* Work independently following the Lone Working Policy and ensure patient and personal safety during home visits.
* Utilise your two years of professional physiotherapy experience to deliver high-quality care and promote patient recovery.
* Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and the best possible outcomes.
* Educate patients and their families about exercise routines and recovery processes to foster long-term health and well-being.
