What you will do:

* Lead and manage the Youth Justice Team to provide high-quality services to children, young people, and their families.

* Implement strategies to prevent reoffending and effectively divert young individuals from entering the Criminal Justice System.

* Coordinate support for young people who receive Court sentences, ensuring they receive guidance for both Community Orders and Custodial sentences.

* Collaborate with a multi-agency team to develop comprehensive programmes that benefit both the youth and community.

* Engage with families and victims to support their journey alongside the formal justice processes.

* Regularly review and enhance service delivery based on the latest best practices and policies.
