Band 6 CAMHS(Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) Triage Nurse Opportunity in Stafford , UK - Earn £27 Hourly, Ongoing, Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm!

What you will do:
- Triage and Initial Assessment: Evaluate new referrals, determine urgency, and prioritise cases to ensure proper care delivery.
- Risk Assessment and Crisis Management: Identify high-risk cases such as self-harm and suicide risk, implementing urgent interventions when necessary.
- Clinical Decision-Making: Formulate the right care pathways and direct patients to suitable services to meet their needs.
- Liaison and Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate and coordinate care with GPs, schools, social services, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support.
- Safeguarding and Legal Compliance: Attend to child protection concerns and adhere to safeguarding procedures diligently.
- Support and Advice: Offer short-term guidance and advice to families and professionals while awaiting full intervention.
