* Manage Complex Caseloads - Oversee a diverse and challenging range of cases, ensuring all are handled professionally and in line with statutory responsibilities.

* Supervise and Support Colleagues - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment .

* Conduct Assessments & Develop Support Plans - Perform thorough assessments , identify individual needs, and co-create personalised care plans to support independence.

* Collaborate with Multi-Agency Teams - Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless and effective service delivery.

* Ensure Legal & Ethical Compliance - Adhere to key legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 , to provide a lawful and ethical service.
