We are seeking an experienced Team Manager who can not only bring expertise in managing and overseeing a busy team of Social Workers but can also inspire and drive the improvement of services. You should be knowledgeable about court work, child protection, children in need, and children in care. Your role will involve supervising and quality assuring the team to deliver exceptional service. Face-to-face interaction with children is essential, and all measures are in place to ensure safety in situations like confirmed COVID cases.

What you will do:
