What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' occupational needs in a rehabilitation setting.

- Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes to support patients' recovery and independence.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and patient-centred care.

- Provide education and support to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate effective rehabilitation outcomes.

Requirements:

- Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a general rehabilitation setting.

- HCPC registration is required to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the UK.

- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.

- Being a car driver is preferable to facilitate home visits and community-based assessments.
