The Family Support Teams handle a diverse caseload, including children on the Child Protection Register and those requiring Care and Support. What you will do:

* Manage a varied caseload of children on the Child Protection Register, children in Care and Support, and those involved in Care Proceedings.

* Develop and implement care plans to safeguard the welfare of children and young people, ensuring they receive the support they need.

* Collaborate closely with families, children, and professionals to effectively coordinate services and interventions.
