Position Overview:

We are looking for passionate Theatre Nurses who are dedicated to delivering high-quality perioperative care. Your role will involve supporting patients before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient theatre environment, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing operating theatres and ensuring all equipment is available and functioning.
  • Provide skilled assistance during surgical procedures as a scrub or circulating nurse.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and provide immediate care as needed.
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control and health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the surgical team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • NMC registration as a Registered Nurse with theatre experience.
  • Previous experience in perioperative nursing, including scrub, circulating, and recovery roles.
  • Strong understanding of surgical procedures, instruments, and aseptic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
