We are currently recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner - Children with Disabilities Team in Cheltenham, UK, earning £43 hourly. This is an ongoing, full-time role within the Disabled Children and Young Persons team. With a focus on supporting children and young people aged 0-18 years old with significant needs due to their disabilities, this role offers a unique chance to be part of a transformative journey as our team expands. What you will do:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop plans to support children and young people with significant disabilities.

* Manage a protected case load, creating tailored interventions for those with complex and challenging needs.

* Collaborate with partners to ensure a unified approach to support services.

* Provide supervision and guidance to Trainee Social Workers and NQSW within the team.

* Lead on quality control and improvement activities, promoting excellent practice across the service.

The role requires:

* Social Work England registration.

* Experience at Senior Social Worker level.

* A recognised qualification in Social Work.

* Completion of the ASYE year if qualified after 2012.

* A full driving licence and willingness to travel.

* Enhanced DBS clearance.
