Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Manager - Children's Home near Hastings
Up to £58,875 per annum + Bonuses | Permanent Role | Career Growth

We're partnering with a renowned Children's Home near the scenic Hastings area, offering an incredible chance to lead a dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of children.

Your Role: As the Registered Manager, you'll be at the helm of a dynamic and experienced team, ensuring the children receive the care they deserve. Your duties will include:
Leading and mentoring a team of Registered Support Workers and Deputy Manager
Conducting staff meetings and managing staff rotas
Overseeing safeguarding procedures and risk assessments
Implementing high-quality care plans and ensuring safety and well-being for all children
Delivering outstanding leadership to create a positive and nurturing environment
What We're Looking For:
Experience in Children's Residential Homes is a must
Level 3 in Children's Residential Support (or equivalent)
Previous Managerial Experience in Children's Homes is preferred but not essential
Ideally, you'll be based in or willing to relocate to the Hastings area
