Salary: £40 per hour
Contract: Locum, Full-time for 3 months

We are seeking skilled Advanced Practitioners to join our evolving team for a three-month locum position. You'll be part of a vital transition to a family safeguarding model, helping to develop multi-disciplinary teams in a modern, supportive environment. What you will do:
* Support and collaborate with Social Workers and Team Managers in operational management and quality assurance of the team.
* Play a key role in the transition to the family safeguarding model by promoting a multi-disciplinary, whole-family approach.
* Provide guidance and supervision to less experienced team members, including support for ASYE workers in the workplace.
* Engage in child protection work, including the completion of care proceedings, to ensure the well-being and safety of children within the community.
* Maintain compliance with required standards by ensuring accurate, timely recording, and completion of work.
